ATHENS, Ga. - Firefighters said they were able to quickly put out a fire on the University of Georgia campus on Friday evening.
Athens-Clarke County firefighters said the blaze broke out on the roof of the Tate Student Center.
Fire crews stayed on the scene for a couple of hours to make sure there were no hotspots or flare-ups.
No one was injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
