Four men in custody after double fatal shooting in Walton County
WALTON COUNTY, Ga. - A fourth person is now in custody after a double fatal shooting in Walton County. Jotavious Fredrick Gunn, 19, turned himself in at the Newton County Jail on Sunday.
Police responded to a 911 call around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at 5709 East Hightower Trail in Social Circle. Dontravious Cullin-Stanley, 18, died at the scene, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, while 19-year-old Antavious Smith died at Atlanta Medical Center.
Gunn faces charges of two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault in the shooting deaths of Cullin-Stanley and Smith.
Previously, Dikembe Thomas, 20, Dequan Gunn, 19, and Quintadric Gunn, 21 were arrested and also charged with two counts or felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault, according to the GBI.
At this time, police do not believe the incident was a result of a home invasion.
