The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said it has requested the help of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation after it discovered one of its defendant’s records were missing.

Nicholas Knox was arrested on charges of aggravated stalking.

According to Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard, Knox has a criminal history and should have been held on a non-bailable offense. But those records disappeared from the system.

The district attorney pointed to the defendant’s Instagram page. He said Knox posted the following message right after his release from custody:

“Life is a game and I have the cheat sheet.”

No word on the timeframe of the investigation.
