A mother and a former Division of Family and Children Services officer were arrested after accusations of a deal to sell a child for a car.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said 19-year-old Christina Queen agreed to sell her baby to William and Rebecca McClain in exchange for a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Rebecca McClain is a former DFCS employee.
