Georgia Governor orders flags to half-staff

ATLANTA - In a statement released on Georgia Governor Nathan Deal's Facebook page this afternoon:

"The people of Georgia share the grief of the families and friends of those who were killed or injured during the tragic attack in Orlando. Sandra and I join Georgians and the rest of our country in praying for the comfort and healing of all those affected by this cowardly and despicable act of terror. In honor of and as a mark of respect for those who lost their lives, we join the federal government in ordering the flag to half-staff today until sundown on June 16."
