ATLANTA - Georgia Tech dedicated a building that's one of its kind in the Southeast.
The Kendeda Building for innovative sustainable design gives back.
Officials opened the doors to the building on the corner of State Street and Ferst Drive on the Georgia Tech campus.
They said the building will produce more power than it uses.
It will collect rainwater.
And it's filled with sustainable technology and repurposed materials.
