Girl, 9, in hospital after shooting in Dacula

DACULA, Ga. - A 9-year-old girl is in critical condition after she was shot over the weekend in Dacula, according to Gwinnett County police.

Authorities confirmed the shooting happened Saturday on Ballyshannon Drive at a home in the Fairmont on the Park subdivision.

Gwinnett County police say there have been no charges filed at this time, but that the case is under review.
