Working out at Life Time North Druid Hills:

If your New Year’s resolution involves improving your physical fitness, Good Day Atlanta’s got you covered. We’re checking out unique workout facilities and fitness programs — and this morning, let’s just say we needed several hours to cover all the options available at a massive new metro Atlanta health club.

Life Time North Druid Hills just opened in mid-December, and is a sprawling, 65,000 square-foot athletic country club located just off of Briarcliff Road in Atlanta’s North Druid Hills neighborhood.

The list of amenities is a lengthy one, but here are a few highlights: there’s both an indoor and an outdoor pool, a total of nine pickleball courts (some indoor, some outdoor), six outdoor tennis courts, and devoted studios for workouts including cycling, Pilates, and yoga.

And if self-care is also on your 2025 resolution list, Life Time North Druid Hills offers locker rooms equipped with dry saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools — and there are also massage services available. Oh, and there’s also a café with a seasonally-changing menu and coffee/tea bar.

Life Time North Druid Hills is located at 1515 Sheridan Road Northeast — for more information on membership and to check out the daily class schedules, click here. And for a look inside the impressive new club — not to mention our attempt at an early morning workout! — click the video player in this article.
