Google Fiber available to new areas in Atlanta
ATLANTA - Google Fiber has announced new areas in Atlanta that are getting the high tech service.
People in Midtown East, Piedmont Heights, Morningside, Lenox Park, Old Fourth Ward and Virginia Highland will now be able to subscribe to Google Fiber, which offers ultra fast internet and television services.
The announcement was made Tuesday morning at the new Fiber Space, located in Ponce City Market where residents can come and sign up as well as experience gigabyte internet.
Those who want the service can start signing up now.
