Gov. Brian Kemps signs Atlanta United license plate bill

MARIETTA, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Governor Brian Kemp signed what's known as the Atlanta United License Plate Bill at the team's training facility in Marietta.

The new license plates feature the team logo and the phrase United and Conquer.

The $10 from the sale of each plate will also go to the Atlanta United Foundation which works to make soccer accessible and inclusive across the state.

The bill was filed shortly after the soccer team won the MLS Championship in December.
