GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - The shooting case of Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill will go before a grand jury.
Hill is accused of shooting a woman back in May at a model home in Gwinnett County.
Gwinnett County Police said Gwenevere McCord told them she and Sheriff Hill were practicing police tactics when Hill accidentally shot her.
Hill is out on bond on a misdemeanor reckless conduct charges. His case will go before the grand jury on November 11th.
