ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A local organization has organized a charity ride to benefit groups that plan to free incarcerated African-American moms in time for Mother's Day.
The Liberal Moms of Roswell and Cobb Group will host its fundraiser Sunday at Cyclebar East Cobb on Sunday, May 3.
The proceeds will benefit the National Bail Out Collective, which includes the Atlanta-based Southerners on New Ground. Organizers told FOX 5's Marissa Mitchell they plan to bail out mothers this upcoming week in Fulton, Gwinnett and Clayton Counties.
