Gwinnett County honors fallen heroes

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - This Memorial Day is especially meaningful for a Gwinnett County family. Their son, Army Specialist Kyle E. Gilbert, was killed in Afghanistan last September.

Gilbert's name has now been added to the Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial.

His father, Ralph Gilbert says on this day, "The nation needs to realize that it's not all about picnics and family gatherings. But we, as a country, need to remember and give thanks."
