Hall County home destroyed in fire

HALL COUNTY, Ga. - Fire destroys a Hall County home Wednesday morning.

SKYFOX 5 flew over the home shortly after the fire broke out. Heavy flames and thick smoke could be seen coming from the home located on Island View Drive off Lakeshore Drive in Buford. Hall County firefighters doused the flames with water.

Officials said a car in the garage caught fire and the flames quickly moved to the attic.

No one was home when the fire started.
