Handyman accused of assaulting, robbing elderly woman arrested
ATLANTA - Atlanta Police have arrested the man they believe sexually assaulted and beat an elderly woman in her home.
Investigators said Henry Apkins was hired by the 84-year-old victim as a handyman earlier this month. Once he gained access to her home, investigators said he attacked her.
While she was at the hospital, authorities said Apkins broke back into her home and helped himself to her possessions.
