Heavy Rain, Flooding Across Metro Atlanta
ATLANTA - Heavy rain moved across north Georgia causing minor flooding in many parts of metro Atlanta.
The FOX 5 Storm Team said two to four inches of rain fell in about six hours since early Monday. The heaviest amounts appear to have fallen along the Interstate 85 corridor.
High water covered part of Redding Road in Brookhaven during the Monday morning commute, forcing police to block the road to traffic.
In Roswell, a section of Willeo Road was closed Monday morning because of flooding.
