ATLANTA - We are counting down to the kickoff of to Monday's National Championship game were the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide will battle for the trophy.
And what better way to celebrate the game being held right here in Atlanta than taking a photo with the 24k gold, stainless steel trophy before the game.
Fans in Metro Atlanta will get there very own photo opp with the trophy on Friday, January 5 at two locations. First, the Walmart Supercenter at 3245 Suwanee Road in Suwanee will have the trophy on display from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. The trophy will then move to its second location, the Publix at 4480 South Cobb Drive in Smyrna.
You will be able to take an up close and personal look at the trophy and snap a photo, but you cannot touch it.
The big game will take place on Monday, January 8 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
