ATLANTA - The iconic Atlanta Peach Drop is just a week away, and the city has released some exciting details about the event.
The massive peach stands eight feet tall, weighs more than 800 pounds, and is made of fiberglass and foam. A long-standing tradition since 1989, the Peach Drop has become a symbol of Atlanta’s New Year’s Eve celebrations.
