Rockdale County Sheriff's Office searches for missing 12-year-old boy
Authorities say Semaj Stephens was last seen getting off the school bus in front of his subdivision in Conyers on Feb. 4, 2022.
ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. - The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office said a 12-year-old who went missing after getting off his school bus has be found safe.
Semaj M. Stephens' mother allegedly told deputies her son never returned home from school on Friday in Conyers.
Police provided an update early Sunday morning.
Semaj was reunited with his family.
A student who rode the same school bus as the missing child told investigators Semaj said he was going to his grandmother's house in Florida.
