Dock fees delayed
Officials postpone dock fee permit increase to conduct a national review of fees
ATLANTA - New information from the Lake Lanier Association.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced it will postpone the dock permit fee increase.
This applies to shorelines permits in the South Atlantic Region.
Officials said they plan to conduct a nation-wide review of the dock permit fees.
We're told the region will continue to operate under the current shoreline management program until further notice.
