Man accused of using sledge hammer, drill to break into Walgreens pharmacy

A man is accused of using a sledge hammer and drill to break into the back of a Walgreens in attempt to steal drugs from the pharmacy, according to the Magistrate Court of Cobb County.

Terry Kelley is accused of breaking in on Sunday around 1:30am, according to the arrest warrant. The incident occurred at the Walgreens in Mableton on Veterans Memorial Highway, according to police.

The warrant also details that Kelley found in possession of an empty bottle of Promethazine Hydrochloride oral solution. In addition, Kelley had bolt cutters and a crowbar as well, according to police.

Kelley was arrested by Cobb County police and is in jail, according to authorities,
