Man found shot to death in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting in DeKalb County Friday. 

The shooting happened in the 4500 block of Golf Vista Circle at Snapfinger Woods Drive.

According to police, a person passing through the area found the body of a 32-year-old man and called 911. That person didn't remain on scene, police said. 

Investigators said the victim appeared to have been shot multiple times. 

Neighbors told FOX 5 they heard gunshots around 2 a.m., but nobody called the police. 

Investigators remain on scene, canvassing the area for any clues as to what led up to the shooting.
