GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A grand jury has indicted the boyfriend of a Georgia State University student on new murder charges.
The badly decomposed body of Silling Man, 19, was found by a maintenance worker on Dec. 21, 2017 while doing a routine inspection of the restaurant area of Gwinnett Place Mall, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

In June, Emmett Davis, Jr. was arrested in connection to her murder. Police said Davis was Silling's boyfriend and was believed to be living with her in hotels not far from.
Davis was originally charged with felony murder and aggravated assault, but police filed additional charges including malice murder.
