GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A Gwinnett County family is demanding answers after they said a man held a gun to their son's head.
The victim who did not want to be identified told FOX 5’s Nathalie Pozo that he went to a birthday gathering at around 3:30 a.m. Friday at Dan Sung Sa, a Korean restaurant and karaoke joint near Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth.

"I really thought I was going to die," said the victim. "I was about to close the door, until one of the guys, two guys in the middle, one of them was making hand gestures, he didn't say anything."
The victim said one guy got out of his chair and pushed him outside of the room.
"There was a punch thrown at me, so I stepped backwards," said the man.
He said another guy got up and threw a punch at his friend and that is when things got really ugly.
"The guy who tried to punch me, pulled out a gun and pointed it downwards to my head," said the victim.
He said the gun went off, but fortunately the bullet did not cause a serious injury, it only grazed his eyebrow.
The manager at the restaurant confirmed that the incident occurred. She told FOX 5's Nathalie Pozo that there are surveillance cameras inside the restaurant, but they do not work
The man wants answers and the people responsible caught. The family fears the attackers may strike again and do not want this to happen to anyone else.
"I want these guys to be caught," said the victim. "They pulled a gun out in less than 20 seconds and that seems really dangerous."
"I am just thankful that I am still alive," said the man.
FOX 5 reached out to Gwinnett County Police Department regarding this case, but did not receive word back Tuesday night.
