ATLANTA - Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death Saturday afternoon in northeast Atlanta.
According to investigators, officers found the male victim suffering from a gunshot wound at the CB Loft apartments in the 2400 block of Cheshire Bridge Road.
The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hosptial, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
A gunshot was fired after an argument between the victim and an employee of the apartment complex.
Atlanta Police Homicide Units later identified the shooter as 38-year-old Ryan Hendrix.
Arrest warrants were secured for Hendrix who was charged with felony murder. He was taken to the Fulton County jail.
An investigation continues.
