The U.S. Marshals Service says a man wanted for murder and arson in Georgia has been arrested in Wisconsin.

Twenty-year-old Antoine Sims was taken into custody in Beloit Sunday after a short foot chase by law enforcement officers. Federal authorities say Sims fatally shot a woman during a drug deal last October in Johns Creek, Georgia, then burned her body and a vehicle at another location.
