A young inventor from metro Atlanta is gaining attention for his innovative solution to turn waste into fuel. Julian Brown, 21, has gone viral on Instagram for his invention, "Plastoline," which converts old plastics into usable fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel.

Brown's passion for this project began in his teenage years, and he has been refining his idea ever since. Now, he hopes to take Plastoline to the next level by raising $1 million through a GoFundMe campaign to secure a warehouse and build an industrial-sized prototype of his invention.

Despite the widespread interest, Brown faces a significant fundraising challenge. To date, he has raised only $7,000 of his $1 million goal.

Note: FOX 5 Atlanta has not verified that Brown has succeeded in turning waste into fuel and does not endorse GoFundMe campaigns.
