FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - An 80-year-old pastor at a metro Atlanta church is behind bars, accused of molesting a child.
Forsyth County deputies arrested Benjamin Harter Friday on one count of child molestation.
Detectives say the investigation began last Sunday after they received reports that someone had molested children.
They say their investigation led them to Harter.
As of right now, officials say there is only one known victim.
Harter is in jail without bond.
