For the third year in a row, metro Atlanta is home to the most congested interchange in the country.

The American Transportation Research Institute named Spaghetti Junction, where Interstates 85 and 285 meet, as the most congested freight bottleneck in the country.

The institute collected real-time GPS data from 800,000 trucks.

Spaghetti Junction isn't the only bottleneck in metro Atlanta.

The Cobb Cloverleaf at Interstates 75 and 285 ranks number four on the list.
