GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Three people have died, and one woman is recovering in the hospital after a shooting at a Gwinnett County apartment complex.
The Gwinnett County Police Department tells FOX 5 the shooting happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday at the View at Jacks Creek apartments on the 2300 block of Country Walk in unincorporated Snellville.
According to investigators, 27-year-old Frank Wilburn Jr. shot 52-year-old Corey Jones, 56-year-old Dana Farmer, and 29-year-old Rosella Jones before shooting himself. Both men were found dead at the scene. Medics rushed the two women to a local hospital, but Farmer was not able to survive her injuries. Rosella Jones is still being treated at a local hospital.
Officials say Rosella Jones' 46-year-old mother and a 2-month-old girl were also in the home at the time of the shooting. Both were uninjured and are now safe.

Residents were shocked after witnessing what Gwinnett County Police are calling a double murder-suicide.
"All you hear is people yelling in the apartment, she's yelling for help," one neighbor told FOX 5. "Obviously, I can't open the door. I have kids in my house, and then you hear a moment of silence, and you hear just gunshots."
Neighbors couldn't believe something like this happened so close.
"It was really, really, really scary," the neighbor said. "Mostly having kids in the apartment, and just seeing all that."
While police are still working to determine many details about what led up to the shooting, officials believe Wilburn and Rosella Jones were in a relationship and were in the process of obtaining a divorce.
"There was a court hearing scheduled for later today between the former couple, I don't know the specifics on what that court hearing is, but we believe that this is an isolated, domestic related incident," said Sgt. Michele Pihera with Gwinnett County Police.
Gwinnett County Police say there was an officer-involved shooting earlier this month at the same complex, but investigators say the two incidents are not related.
