EAST POINT, Ga. - The family of a young man shot and killed by U.S. Marshals is raising new questions about the police shooting death of Jamarion Robinson.
Robinson was wanted by investigators for allegedly firing shots at police several days prior to this deadly encounter.
An investigator working for the family of a man shot and killed by authorities said a few defects turned out to be important.
The case of Jamarion Robinson reached headlines when the U.S. Marshal's Task Force hunted him down at an East Point apartment complex as the suspect who days earlier had drawn a gun at Atlanta officers before running off.
Authorities breeched a door to the apartment after they said he refused to come out.
The new information brought to the family is what the investigator showed on a video and what he said were two leftover bullets that should have been located by crime scene techs.
