New York gang member sentenced to life in death of CAU student
ATLANTA - A New York gang member was sentenced to serve life behind bars for the murder of a Clark Atlanta University student.
A Fulton County jury convicted 24-year-old Devin Kingdom of murder in the shooting death of 25-year-old Cierra Ford.
Ford was a communications major at CAU when she was killed in November of 2016.
She was at her boyfriend's house in Sandy Springs when police said several accused gang members broke in and opened fire on the couple, killing Ford.
Police are still looking for one more person wanted in connection with the case.
