No, In-N-Out is NOT coming to Atlanta in 2025

If you're tuned into social media, you might have seen a post claiming that fast-food chain In-N-Out was coming to Atlanta. The post suggested that the first Georgia location would be on Ponce de Leon.

Turns out, that's not true. In-N-Out has confirmed that it currently has no plans to open a Georgia location. However, the company did say that Georgia is a wonderful state. Hopefully, that means they will decide to open a few locations in the Peach State eventually.

If you're not familiar, In-N-Out is a popular fast-food chain based on the West Coast. It operates more than 400 locations across Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Oregon.

If you can't travel to one of those states, you’ll soon be able to find one closer to home.

Construction for the first Tennessee location is currently underway in Lebanon, Tennessee, about four hours from Atlanta and just north of Nashville. The Lebanon location is expected to open in 2026, with additional locations planned for Middle Tennessee.

By the way, this isn't the first time that this rumor has made the rounds in Atlanta.

In 2017, there were claims that In-N-Out was coming to the Little 5 Points neighborhood.

A similar sign popped up in 2022, but that was also just a rumor.
