Oakwood man charged with aggravated child molestation

OAKWOOD, Ga. - A 30-year-old Hall County man has been charged with aggravated child molestation.
According to the Oakwood Police Department, Joshua Richards was arrested after a 3-year-old girl told her grandmother that he had been "touching her private parts and wanted him to stop."
Investigators say arrest warrants were taken out for Richards after conducting a forensic interview with the toddler.
Richards was arrested at his home.
