Oconee County High School Student Arrested
OCONEE COUNTY, GA - A Watkinsville teenager has been arrested and charged with aggravated child molestation.
According to Oconee County Sheriff Scott Berry, Nicholas Simmering was arrested Friday without incident.
Oconee county deputies conducted an investigation after a report of molestation was made by a 4 year old.
Simmering is a student at Oconee County High School.
He is being held without bond in the Oconee County Jail.
Sheriff Berry tells FOX 5 a hearing has not been scheduled for 18- year old Simmering at this time.
