Parking spots turn into mini-parks in Buckhead

ATLANTA - Parking spots turned into mini-parks Friday at Lenox Square.

Livable Buckhead transformed at least 40 parking spaces into mini-parks along Peachtree Road.

It's the organization's fifth annual Parking Day.

It's also a chance for vendors and businesses to showcase their organization.

The Executive Director of Livable Buckhead spoke to FOX 5 News about how vendors centered their parks around sustainability.

Organizers host this event on the last Friday of September, every year across the nation.
