Police: Car damaged during early morning shooting

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta Police officers said a car was shot up early Wednesday morning.

A car drove up to a home on Bellview Avenue and began shooting of a couple of rounds at a parked car in the driveway, police said.

Officers said the occupants of the house shot back at the car, but police said it was uncleared if they actually hit the car or anyone inside.

The car then sped off, police said.

Police have not told FOX 5 News the reason behind the shots fired as of Wednesday afternoon.

Suspect information was not immediately available.

There were no reports of injuries.
