Police said they found dozens of guns in a Brookhaven home a day after a SWAT standoff.

Brookhaven Police served a search warrant on the Osborne Road home Wednesday. Just the day before, the home was surrounded by Brookhaven police officers and the North Metro SWAT team to serve a domestic violence arrest warrant.

Police say during the attempt, the suspect, identified as 48-year-old George Frank Roach, barricaded himself inside a secret room in the home and refused to come out for several hours.

A robot was sent in to search for him and found him hiding in that room. Roach was taken into custody after a brief struggle and booked into the DeKalb County Jail.
