Police: Gainesville couple charged for child cruelty

HALL COUNTY, Ga. - The parents of children, who police described as food deprived and living in a home covered with lice and no heat or air conditioning, are now in police custody.

Hall County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested Jessica Dean London, 31, and her husband David Ricky London, 30 without incident and taken to the Hall County Jail, according to police.

According to the Department of Family and Children Services, the couple had three children who were victims in this case. The children were taken from their parents' custody. 

The London's faces charges of cruelty to children in the first and second degree. 

The case is still under investigation.
