2 killed in Fairburn neighborhood
2 men were killed on Wednesday morning at The Lakes at Cedar Grove community in Fairburn on Wednesday morning.
SOUTH FULTON, Ga. - South Fulton police are investigating a deadly shooting that left two people dead and a third person detained early Wednesday morning. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in a home in the 7000 block of Bellmist Drive, located in the Lakes at Cedar Grove community, just off South Fulton Parkway.
Neighbors reported hearing rapid gunfire coming from the garage area of the home. A police spokesperson says that the preliminary investigation suggests the incident may be "domestic" in nature and the parties involved knew each other.
