Police locate suspect vehicle from West End Mall shooting

ATLANTA - Police said the vehicle used by the gunman who shot three men and woman Friday outside the West End Mall has been found.

The shooting happened Friday afternoon The Mall at West End located at 850 Oak Street in southwest Atlanta. Atlanta police said the shooting stemmed from a fight inside the mall. Investigators are looking into the possibility it is drug and gang related.

Police said someone got out of the SUV and exchanged fire with some of the people on the sidewalk.

One of the victims hit was a female innocent bystander. She was treated and released at the scene.

Police said they are waiting to release more details on the vehicle and the suspect.
