A terrifying incident in a North Fulton neighborhood after Johns Creek Police said a man exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl.

It happened Tuesday in the Falls of Autry Mill.

"Two sisters were walking home from school when they noticed a dark colored Nissan sedan parked on the corner of Falls Ridge Drive and Falls Watch Circle," Johns Creek Police Captain Chris Byers said.

Byers told FOX 5, a man was sitting inside the vehicle.

"The girls continued to walk home, and when they got there, a few minutes later they heard the doorbell ring," Byers said. "The 13-year-old went to answer the door when she realized the man outside was the same man in the car. She proceeded to open it and they had a short conversation. The man asked her if the home was the Smith residence and what the address was. But then the girl noticed the man had exposed himself to her. She immediately shut the door and ran to get her parents who called 911."

The victim describes the man as a white male between 25-30 years old, 6'00" tall with a medium build. The victim said he was wearing a plain white tee shirt, dark shorts, and sneakers. The victim said the man had blond hair that was styled in a bun or ponytail and he had a goatee.

Surveillance cameras from neighbors in the area captured the vehicle.

"We are hoping someone will recognize this car," Byers said. "Call us if you think you have any information. We would rather you call and it be wrong, then not call. If it seems suspicious and looks suspicious, it usually is suspicious."

FOX 5 spoke with residents who didn't want to go on camera, but said the incident is "extremely disturbing."

"We haven't had any other reports of something like this in the neighborhood, but we are working with other law enforcement agencies to see if they've had similar situations," Byers said.

Police told FOX 5 because the victim is a minor, the suspect is facing felony charges.

"I wouldn't be surprised if this person has done this before," Byers said. "We need to find him before he does it again."
