Gwinnett County are on the lookout for a person of interest who possibly killed his roommate inside their apartment Friday night.

Police say 52-year-old Geremias Barrios Diaz found dead by a roommate Friday night inside the apartment three men shared at the Villas Del Camino Apartments in the 1300 block of Graves Road in Norcross.

Neighbors told FOX 5 that they heard noises that they thought were construction-related coming from inside the apartment. Officials said there were no signs of forced entry.

During the investigation, police say the roommate told them that the third roommate, 56-year-old Heraclios Solis-Ortiz, "may have been having an on-going dispute" with Diaz.

When police had gotten to the scene, they say all of Solis-Ortiz's belongings were gone from the apartment.

Officials are now considering Solis-Ortiz a person of interest in the murder. He is described as a Hispanic male with a height of around 5-feet-7-inches and a muscular build. He has black hair and green eyes.
