Police: thieves stole cars, robbed patrons at gas station

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - It was a late night armed robbery caught on video at a DeKalb County gas station early Tuesday morning.

Police have released video of the incident which happened around 1:30 a.m. at the Texaco in the 2500 block of Gresham Road. DeKalb County Police said the thieves arrived in what appeared to be a black or dark gray Toyota Camry.

Police said they robbed a man dressed in orange and then pulled up next to a Chrysler 300 at the pump. The thieves can be seen taking the car and leaving the scene. It was later recovered in East Point, according to police.

Investigators believe the same thieves also stole a black Toyota Corolla.
