GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A second person has been arrested in connection to a deadly parking lot shooting at a Snellville Walmart.
A grand jury indicted Monique Austin on battery charges.

Police said the victim, 49-year-old Fadil Delkic, got into an argument with Austin in the Walmart parking lot located 1550 Scenic Highway back in August.
The indictment states Austin punched the victim in the face and then her boyfriend, 28-year-old Troy Hunte, shot and killed him.
Hunte was charged with murder.
