Fatal shooting reported near MARTA's Garnett Station

ATLANTA - Atlanta police say a man was fatally shot early Saturday morning at 235 Peachtree Street SW, which is near MARTA's Garnett Station. 

The man was shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, it is not known what led to the shooting. 

The Garnett Station is located between Memorial Drive SW and Trinity Avenue SW in downtown Atlanta.
