Adonis McKisic said he was in the crowd, ducked and pulled the victim to safety inside.

"It was horrific. It sounded like Beirut," McKisic said. "I pulled him in. Gunfire was still erupting at the time," he said.

Police said close to 30 bullets were fired in the exchange.

The video captured a man holding a pizza and a man in a hooded sweatshirt. Police said the two men started arguing, and one pulled out a gun; shortly after, the man with a pizza returned with another gunman and started shooting.

The video also shows the man in the hooded sweatshirt ducking behind a burgundy van, and firing a gun in return.

Police are asking anyone with information on the shooters to call Crime Stoppers.  Individuals can remain anonymous and possibly receive a reward.
