Special church service for sexual assault victims

ATLANTA - Recent headlines have inspired a special worship service for survivors of sexual assault.

The event was organized in conjunction with clergy from Saint Luke's Episcopal Church.

Church leaders say the goal is to provide support and comfort for anyone who has suffered from sexual abuse.

Reverend Jackson wants any sexual abuse victim to know they can come always forward and share their stories, no matter how long it has been since they were assaulted.
