ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta Police are investigating the shooting of an alleged burglar.
Police said it happened around 10:30 Tuesday morning when the man tried to break into a home on Carnes Place.
He ran across the street and was arrested when police arrived.
They transported him to the hospital for treatment.
His name has not yet been released.
