Suspect in murder of DeKalb County mother of five in court

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - The man accused of shooting and killing a mother of five appears before a Dekalb County judge Tuesday.

Prosecutors have charged 30-year-old Keitran Foots with the March 30 murder of 35-year-old Sharika Bowman.

Investigators said Foots shot Bowman multiple times as she sat in her car outside her home on Wyndham Drive near Stone Mountain.

Tuesday the judge decided to move the case over to DeKalb County Superior Court.
